Maureen Regan Tusim, President
Maureen is a results-oriented, self-starter with a track record for developing and deploying innovative business strategies. She is able to quickly succeed in new roles due to her diverse background and versatile skill set. Strengths include strategy development, program management, research, marketing, training, communications, collaboration, and analysis skills. Maureen Tusim has extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, as well as stakeholders in both the public and private sectors, to develop solutions to address complex issues.
Maureen started her career at Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) after graduating from Villanova University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She designed circuits and managed engineering technicians in the design, construction, and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution facilities. She next moved into the management of major commercial and industrial accounts and large residential complexes, which involved conducting in-depth energy usage analysis, including lighting, HVAC, and manufacturing technologies. This involved recommending energy efficiency measures, demand-side management, and alternative technologies to save on overall energy consumption and costs. Even though she continued on to other roles, this experience in clean energy sparked her interest and she has continued to follow developments in the industry ever since.
She then joined their Area (Economic) Development team and launched TradeLink-NJ, which involved recruiting an advisory board of leaders of federal, state, and private export assistance organizations. This resulted in a successful public/private partnership that leveraged and coordinated resources to help New Jersey firms do business globally. She also attracted corporate investment in New Jersey through business site location and expansion assistance, which involved working with government agencies to provide financing, labor training, tax credits, and other incentives to prospective clients. While at PSE&G, Maureen attended Seton Hall University part time and graduated with a MBA in Finance.
Maureen then established a successful economic and workforce development consulting practice in California. Leading Regan & Associates, she excelled at working with stakeholders in industry, education, and government to develop innovative solutions through public/private partnerships. Please see Portfolio for examples of consulting projects.
Maureen joined Intel when she moved back to New Jersey and held various marketing, product management, training, and sales enablement positions where she was recognized for her creative and innovative approach that produced results. She developed technical and product sales training courses for a blended learning strategy that combined hands-on labs with webinars and online courses. She received multiple awards, including one for the highest-rated course of 42 courses at Intel’s annual International Sales and Marketing Conference. She also managed a team to define and drive marketing strategies for solutions enabled by Intel media and signaling products, which included developing media plans, trade show strategies, customer events, webinars, white papers, solution collateral, and an industry website co-sponsored with members of the Intel Communications Alliance. In her role as Sales Enablement Manager, she led stakeholders from sales, marketing, and information technology to develop a comprehensive solution to enable sales to easily find and use sales and marketing tools, which was used as a model corporate-wide.
She joined Dialogic when Intel divested her division and created a worldwide partner program that involved developing co-marketing programs with Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, and other strategic worldwide partners, as well as start-ups. She used innovative methods to communicate and collaborate with partners, including creating the Dialogic Exchange Network that allows current and potential customers to connect, share, and learn with Dialogic and others delivering communications solutions. This online networking community site includes corporate blogs, technical forums, and a Dialogic YouTube® channel.
Since her early days at PSE&G, she has had a strong interest in clean, renewable energy and is excited to offer her creativity and diverse experience to our clients.
